These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NiNi Savings App (“NiNi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using NiNi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use NiNi. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
NiNi is a digital savings platform modeled on the traditional Ajo/Esusu system, enabling users to participate in group savings cycles. NiNi provides tools for organizing, tracking, and facilitating savings contributions but does not act as a bank or financial institution.
Savings groups are created and managed by users. NiNi does not guarantee the behavior, payment, or compliance of any group member. All participants are responsible for honoring their commitments within their savings groups.
Certain features of NiNi may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in behavior that compromises the integrity of the platform.
NiNi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses related to group member defaults or disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NiNi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
